How can I stay positive in this world of hate
Well end up destroying each other at this rate
Everyone's angry and always ready to fight
Disagreeing with someone might mean your very life
Threats of death are screamed over such small matters
In front of kids, making their childhood shattered
But nobody cares, they seem to laugh and watch
And film it on their phones instead of making it stop
Humanity is being destroyed right before your very eyes
But you only want to contribute to out society's demise
And then scream out: "World Star!" like a brainwashed fool
All of this nonsense is far from cool
I see it every day and it just makes me sick
We need to get it together and make the world better than this
But sadly people seem to love living this way
And things will never change, this is the way they'll stay
Instead of being better, people love it when it's the worst
Which is why society will always be stuck in this curse.
