WHEN KINGDOMS FALL (THE BEGINNING ALL OVER AGAIN)

Dorian's in darkness, he seems to fall forever
Is the world gone and everything turned to midnight?
He knows nothing as he searches out in this endeavour
But the pain cuts through his body like a knife
He finally hits something solid with a loud thud
Then after that he could see nothing but stars
The universe itself is before him, what is and what was
He then sees El-Kyria, who is riddled with scars
He looks down as the stone is glowing in his hand
He now controls the power of time and space
El-Kyria sees what happened and struggles to stand
A look of pure horror is ingrained on his face
"I see you now have the power of the stone"
"Do you know the power that you have inside?"
"Let's join forces and make this universe our home"
"We could rule galaxies far and wide"
"Just think of the people who will fall to your feet"
"And will heed every word that you command"
"There will be no challenge that you will meet"
"No one will dare resist your hand"
Dorian knows what he must do now
Despite he has infinite power
He looks at the stone and he knows how
To control everything at this hour
The stone glowed brighter than a star's supernova
As El-Kyria let out a deafening scream
White hot magic ripped through him and his life was over
He will become a mere nightmare in a child's dream
In the flash of an eye the world flooded back in
And there Dorian was, back in the throne room
With the stone in his hand, the age of light begins
Galderissia didn't come to it's doom
The Steel Riders are defeated, their bodies lie in heaps
The clouds roll away as the world begins to heal
Elania comes for him, running in leaps
She's his dream, he just wonders if this is all real
She gives him a kiss and his knees grow weak
It was the way Elania always made him feel
He looks in her beautiful eyes, not knowing what to speak
As knights run to him and kneel.
Now bonded to the stone he shall protect it for life
And so will those in his line who come after him
He became a powerful wizard, it was his by right
It seems so much for Dorian to take in
He looks through a window as the birds chirp outside
As they take off and fly in the cool, gentle wind
What will happen next for them, only the universe knows
But this story will be known for those big and small
Of the mighty power that Dorian now holds
As he heard and answered the stone's call.
