ALL FOR HER

ALL FOR HER

If she gave me the chance, there's nothing I wouldn't do
Just to see a smile on her face
No matter what I had to go through
I would take her to that heavenly place
I would be grateful for every second I had
To be in her presence
I would cherish her in the good times and bad
And be thankful for her beautiful essence
And be happy with every moment alone we had
I would only need one chance to make these actions louder than words
I would show her that everything I say is honest and true
I would do it all and do it all for her
If she gave me that chance, that's what I would do.

NO MIRACLES

NO MIRACLES

Dreams are nice but in reality, they're dreams
Nothing is as wonderful as it may seem
The truth is that we're living in a world with no hope
And we're all mere millimeters from the end of our rope
There is no savior who will save us in the final hour
There is no invisible being who has unlimited power
The truth is tough and it's hard to accept
That it's just us, we're the only ones left
And there's only a few who actually find someone
While most of us are left in this cruel world lost and alone
With nothing much worthwhile to really go on
Broken and twisted, they wish to be gone
The cut their lives short just to ease the pain
They want to see sun but they only see rain
The are no miracles to help is through in life
This world is heartless and as cold as ice
Reality hurts and guts you like a knife
But there are no miracles in my pathetic life.

THE POWERLESS WILL RISE

THE POWERLESS WILL RISE

The powerless will rise
Fed up with your vicious lies
Brainwashing the masses to fight your wars
We have to stand behind you but don't know what for
The powerless ones are on to your divide and conquer techniques
We're on to you're lies and twisted speak
We say fuck you when you tell us to fall in line
We won't fall for your trickery to poison their minds
We will rise, the few out of many a crowd
And even standing alone, our voices will be loud
No longer will we submit and obey like we're your slaves
We'll stand when you tell us to sit and be brave
You will no longer control us
You never had our trust
And now it's time to take it back from the hands that are evil
You can't fool us, we won't back down like ordinary people

It's time to turn the tide
It's time to rise
Your lies are known, there's nowhere to hide
And soon, nobody will be at your side

All you're capable of is to kill and destroy
To use people's lives as mere children's toys
And you don't care that their blood is on your hands
You laugh because you have most of the people fooled
But even the fooled ones know you're corrupt and cruel
You won't stop until all life bows down to you
But we'll stand, never fold and proudly refuse
We don't need you, you need us
One day we will rise and say it's enough
Your day is coming to be taken from your throne
And to give it to the people and make it their own

It's time to turn the tide
It's time to rise
Your lies are known, there's nowhere to hide
And soon, nobody will be at your side

JUST TO HOLD YOU

JUST TO HOLD YOU

Just to hold you in my arms
Would be such a dream to me
To protect you from harm
Is something I want to see
I would care for you
Like no one else would
I would stay loyal and true
Like someone real should
I would accept you always
No matter what the mood
I would try to make it all okay
When you’re not feeling good
If I only had that chance
Just that one slim hope
I would surely dance
And my soul would float
Just to hold you close
That would be a dream
But if it came true though
The whole world it would mean.

THE END OF THE ROAD (MARVIN'S LAST STRAW)

END OF THE ROAD (MARVIN'S LAST STRAW)

For years, he sat there and took it
Working at a job he hated
He took being looked over and treated like shit
He just stayed there and waited
On a stormy day, he was called in to the office
And they gave him the news he dreaded
He was tossed out the door like he was a novice
He might as well have been beheaded
He walked out the office with a blank stare on his face
What will he tell his wife and kids?
He hopped in his car when and as he left the place
He wondered how he would live
He's stressed to the max as he made the drive
The long commute back to his home
But someone behind him was on his hide
Honking his horn while on the phone
"Move it you asshole, get out of my way!"
Out of his window the man kept screaming
That was it, he couldn't take anymore today
And everything seemed like he was asleep dreaming
He stopped the car and opened the door
But he had a weapon his hand
He pointed the gun, fired and fired some more
Not caring where the bullets would land
The drivers slumped over the steering wheel
Bleeding profusely and almost dead
He was done, he could no longer feel
Except the rage that exploded in his head
People were screaming, there was nothing but panic
As people feed from his wrath
He went from being fired to a crazy manic
And who knows what will come from this aftermath.

DREADING ANOTHER DAY

DREADING ANOTHER DAY

Sitting in the bathroom
Dreading for the day to begin
It feels like I'm being sent to my doom
Like I'm going to face a bloody end
Another day of being looked down upon
By the rest of society that doesn't feel
I can't stand this materialistic world I'm on
While the hardest workers are treated like crap on a heel
We take your insults, take your jabs
All the while, we do it with a smile
We take the words that feels like stabs
And have to say words that'll make you stay awhile
Meanwhile your bratty kids ruin the place
Be we clean it up because that's our job
We take disrespect right to our face
While we constantly straighten up after you slobs
I dread another day of this eternal nightmare
I don't want to face another mind numbing day
I'm getting to the point that I just don't even care
As I sit here and wonder if there's a better way.

JUST A DREAM FOR SOMEONE LIKE ME

JUST A DREAM FOR SOMEONE LIKE ME

Finding someone will always be
Just a dream for someone like me
I'm not what women are looking for
I don't have looks or riches galore
I'm not an asshole, which women seem to like
I'm not "manly" and always wanting to fight
I'm just an ugly nobody, struggling through life
Trapped in darkness, trying to reach the light
But the light seems so far away, impossible to touch
I'm an emotional wreck, my soul is broken to dust
I'll always be alone, hurt and unwanted
By this, my thoughts will always be haunted
By wishing just one woman could see the beauty inside
Instead of seeing how ugly I am on the outside
Finding a woman who will see the real me
Is just a dream for someone like me
