THE TEARS OF LADY ELKA

THE TEARS OF LADY ELKA

Alone she sits in a dark room
Happiness for her is not coming soon
She can't believed what happened in a day
If it wasn't for the wars things would've this way
How we tell her little ones that their father is no more
Cut down in a rain of arrows from this bloody war
She cries for them and she cries for herself
Pain and sorrow is her reality, there is nothing else
They fight for freedom, but her freedom is gone
She's a slave to heartache from now on
Her little ones are the only reasons to cling to life
She's still in shock as she looks out into the night
Looking for someone who will never come home
She shivers from the cold as she feels so alone
The tears keep coming, they seem to have no end
She thinks of her love, the one she called her best friend
She watched him ride off with his sword by his side
She never knew that in that day he was going to die
As the tears keep flowing, she wishes none of it was real
Cries of loss are heard in the night during this age of steel
Lady Elka must remain strong in this time of grief
She wishes the war would end and the world be at peace.
Until then, she cres for the one that she lost
The war is being won, but at what cost?

NATION ON THE EDGE OF MIDNIGHT

NATION ON THE EDGE OF MIDNIGHT

Tick...
Threats are said
Tock...
People wished dead
Tick...
Evil looks are exchanged
Tock...
People are called hateful names
Tick...
Revolution is screamed
Tock...
Say goodbye to peaceful dreams
Tick...
Mankind becomes wild
Tock...
Weapons used on man, woman and child
Tick...
Chaos begins and no one cares
Tock...
Politics destroy life everywhere
Tick...
Humanity is a memory, just dust in the wind
Tock...
Hate destroyed us all, humanity met its end.

WORLD WITHOUT HOPE

WORLD WITHOUT HOPE

Hate in this world is at an all time high
And people don’t really care
Walking around with depression inside
That I wish just wasn’t there
Inspirational quotes never seem to work
This world is dying soon
Governments treat us all like jerks
The truth is we’re all doomed
People pray to a God who never hears
The world’s torn apart by endless hate
But people claim he’s always near
But we’re sealing our one fate
No one’s coming to save us all
We’re truly by ourselves
The world empires will start to fall
As we all decline in health
Mother earth is constantly being abused
And she can’t take it anymore
But we seem to ignore it as we make an excuse
To kill everyone with war
How can you be positive in a world like this?
It’s only a matter of time before we all cease to exist
In the final hours as we reach the end of our rope
We ignore it all in this world without hope.

GOODBYE AMERICA

GOODBYE AMERICA

All I have to say is good riddance
This place has always hated my existence
They got their wish, I’m leaving my home
To find a place where I don’t feel so alone

You are not the greatest country in the world
Stop telling those lies to every boy and girl
The only dream here is a constant nightmare
Hypocritical politicians want to keep the people scared

Our forefathers didn’t originally own this land
Don’t act like there’s never been blood on your hands
A government created on broken promises and lies
I’ll never fall for your crocodile tears and cries
That’s why I say goodbye, I can’t stand you anymore
I need to leave here, I have nothing to stay for
I have to find a place where I can have a fresh start
I left you years ago when I disowned you in my heart.

STORM OF DEATH

STORM OF DEATH

A wanderer coming from a land unknown
Carried with him a mysterious golden sword
Made the land of fire and ice his home
And swore an Heathen oath with ancient words
Still considered an outsider, he lived among them
Their Gods became his own as he learned their ways
Soon they started to look at him as a friend
The become his brothers, but not by blood
He bonded to them by the way of steel
They told him stories of what once was
A bond to their past is what he could feel
He fought alongside them when their lands were invaded
He cried to the All Father for strength and bravery
He cut down the ones who were despised and hated
For trying to teach their self righteous slavery
He swore he would fight until his last breath
His golden sword became a whirlwind of vengeance
Valhalla awaited him if he ended up in death
He refused to accept their cries to be repentant
Their God was a coward, and he refused to be weak
Where was he as they cried to him for help?
But weren't they supposed to turn the other cheek
Instead of fighting to change the faith of a land for themselves?
The battle went on until the darkest of night
Sparks of clashing swords filled the midnight sky
The air was frigid and the wind as cold as ice
The strength of the Heathens refused to die
The dawn came and one side remained
As the other rode off, screaming in fear
He and his brothers stood victorious in the morning rain
Grateful they survived the fight and were still here
On that morning a new person was born
As they rode back home with all that was left
They ones raised by steel started calling him storm
Because during the battle he became the storm of death.

TRIBAL FIRES

TRIBAL FIRES
In a ring the old ones sit
As they tell ancient stories in the fire
Long before the lands were split
And greed became every king's desire
The Stone Breakers, who sailed from a far away land
The ones with Iron Hammers who formed the woods
Built their homes from the strength in their hands
And they grew strong because they could
Laughter and songs fill the midnight air
Songs for the ones who died with glory
Ancient battles that made you wish you were there
So you could relive the entire story
Night turns to dawn as they begin to rise
To go on their way with strength renewed
As they remain filled with a strong sense of pride
With their swords by their side as all warriors do.

THE HEATHEN PRAYER OF STEEL

THE HEATHEN PRAYER OF STEEL

Odin, All Father, give me strength in battle
As I prepare to fight on this rain soaked battlefield
May every sword strike make their bones rattle
And shatter their wooden shields
Make me strong to stand and be brave
To fight all until my very last breath
Remind me of the oath that I made
To laugh in the face of death
May Valhalla await me if I get cut down
And I fall with my brothers and friends
Keep my family safe and sound
Knowing one day I'll see them again.

EVERYDAY IS HALLOWEEN

EVERYDAY IS HALLOWEEN

Someone hates the married life they live
But only stays married for the sake of the kids
But she still smiles and says: "I love you dear"
But she really wants to be so far away from here
Another person is on the brink of suicide
Puts a smile on his face so those feelings he hides
He walks around sad, just tired of it all
As his life turns into a sudden freefall
Someone else is on the edge and about to flip out
But he restrains the urge to punch his boss in the mouth
He only has urges to hurt someone
To cause mass violence with the use of a gun
A cashier works while he hates every race
And still gives a smile but he's full of hate
Skin darker than his, he considers them evil
The world would be better without these people
As we go along in life people always wear masks
Put on a smile as they do their daily tasks
Everyday is Halloween because that's all I see
As a nation in anguish still pretends to be free.

I WHAT KISS U

I WHAT KISS U

"I what kiss you", what's wrong with this world?
"Hi u want chat?" is no way to address a girl
Don't wonder why you're still all alone
Behind a computer trying to be Don Juan at home
You wonder why women see you as a jerk?
Those so called smooth lines will never work
Neither will "u sexy" or "hey baby u fine"
Don't wonder why you're rejected all the time
And when you're called a creep don't ask "What did I do?"
I'm pretty sure it started when you said "I what kiss u."

WHERE WERE YOU?

WHERE WERE YOU?

People claim that you were always with me
But I say in my heart that this couldn't be
You weren't there when I was made fun of in school
Another ugly fat kid who was never called cool
Where were you in my lowest points of life?
On the day when I started cutting myself with a knife?
The nights I spent awake trying to forget
Living with the ugly pain of regret
Where were you when she destroyed my soul?
Feeling less than nothing until the day I grow old
Where were you when my dad and brother died?
I can't feel anymore, I'm all numb inside
Where were you when I couldn't turn the page?
As I got fired from a job while engulfed in rage
I'm lost in a storm and I'm out of hope
I'm slowly coming to the end of my rope
Still seeing gray skies even though they're blue
Everything's lost now and I ask, where were you?

BONDED TO A PAST I NEVER KNEW

BONDED TO A PAST I NEVER KNEW

I feel the power inside when I wake up in the morning
It consumes me as I stand up, yawning
The pride silently comes from an essence unknown
The pride of a people that I call my own
Connected to the ones who were raised by steel
It may be a dream but to me it feels real
The ones who traveled from Heathen lands
I feel the power with a sword in my hands
Every day before my journey starts
I say the words that I feel in my heart
The ancient Gods feel so real to me
And Valhalla is a place that I hope to see
Up high above, beyond the rainbow bridge
Within those golden halls is where I want to live
In glorious realm of Asgard I hear my call
As the All Father Odin rules over all
I can feel all of the nine worlds of lore
And the awesome adventures they have in store
Some tire of the stories but I never do
Because I’m bonded to a past I never knew.
