THE EMPTINESS INSIDE
It's always there
It never sleeps
It seems unfair
And alone I weep
It's an endless pain
No pill can take away
Everything's the same
From day to day
I wish I could smile
And have a happy place
The emptiness runs wild
Sadness remains on my face
Stuck in a mood
No one understands
I can't feel good
I don't know if I can
