IT DOESN’T MATTER TO ME
You have a past, so do I
Who am I to judge?
You made mistakes, so have I
You don’t have to be perfect to me
Looks don’t matter either
You have a beautiful soul
I’m no supermodel
So my looks aren’t the best
What matters to me is your heart
What you want in life
What you live for
Nothing else matters
I will accept you for who you are
You’re perfectly imperfect
And that’s fine to me
Let’s be imperfect together
In this wide world we see
Grab my hand and never let go
I’ll hold on to you as we make this journey
As our souls merge and we continue to grow
To share everything with you as we grow old.
