LOVABLE LOSER
He's a nice guy who never wins
Cheer up people say with a well meaning grin
Sadness runs with him where ever he goes
He pretends to be happy so nobody knows
Every one is his friend or so it seems
But he only wants to be with the woman of his dreams
She says he's a nice guy but that's just about it
He's heard it many times but he will not quit
Different woman but he hears the same phrase
Will he always hear that until the end of his days?
He keeps trying but he'll always lose
But I guess that's life so what are you going to do?
