The hood is off and you didn't leave the place
You came closer to me and touched my face
You didn't run away from a monster like me
I'm still wondering how this could even be
I'm hideous, I still don't know what you see
Can't you see that I'm just plain ugly?
You looked me in the eyes and didn't turn away
Now I'm just speechless, I don't know what to say
Before I could say anything, you gave me a kiss
There's nothing in the world that's sweeter than this
I never thought this would happen, it's so hard to belive
You saw me for what I was and still you didn't leave.
