RISE OF THE SUNFLOWER WARRIOR (THE REVELATION)

RISE OF THE SUNFLOWER WARRIOR (THE REVELATION)

Shocked faces and gasps escape in the summer air
They can't believe that she came back here
To stare at her, is something they wouldn't dare
She had them all in a grip of fear
She left broken and defeated but came back standing
All of the trials she went through mad her strong
She slowly walked in the in and went to the second landing
As the singing bard sang his cheerful song
If he was still here, she would find out the truth
The reason why she went through so much pain
She opened the door and he was there, sitting in his booth
But he spoke first before she could explain
"You have come back and I know why
You want to know why you had to leave
You came back a warrior, there's no need to cry
You are so much stronger than what others see
Some may stare, but they won't dare speak up
Because they know of your new power
You have moved forward instead of staying stuck
And this is your triumphant hour."
He said no more but she understood what he meant
She had conquered that unseen beast
The one that's been stalking her in nightmares
As she made her long journey east
And it almost defeated her, she was fully aware
When she saw the truth, she fell to her knees
The sounds of the world faded in the background
She clutched her staff is a death grip squeeze
Until the sounds came back and she was newly found
No longer will she be abused And treated with no worth
She stood up against all of those who tried to bring her down
But they didn't know her connection to the earth
They couldn't see her sunflower crown
She is now a warrior, stronger than ever
There's nothing in this world that will leave her defeated
Her legacy will live on for now and forever As she found the inner strength that she really needed
Her quest is over but her story just begun
She arises to head off to adventure and other lands
She leaves the inn and walks into the sun
With her trusty Naginata in her hands.
