THE LOSER'S SONG

THE LOSER'S SONG

I was never a handsome stranger
I always was an ugly man
I never had a fancy car
I just do the best that I can

I never been the ladies man
I always was left out in the cold
I'm just a nobody working hard
I think I have sold my soul

I'm just a loser, you should just avoid me
I'm not a hero or a superstar
I'm just a loser, so everything annoys me
And I'm riddled with emotional scars

I don't know what it's like to have fun
I don't know what it's like to smile
I don't know what it's like to be loved
It's been that way for awhile

I don't know what it's like to laugh
That concept seems so strange to me
I know what it's like to be a stupid ass
Because that's really me

I'm just a loser, you should just avoid me
I'm not a hero or a superstar
I'm just a loser so everything annoys me
And I'm riddled with emotional scars

I do know what it's like to be alone
To be the butt of every joke
To be laughed at and treated like a clown
For me there is no hope

It's hard to walk with my head up
I'm always staring at the ground
I walk the path of a downtrodden loser
The biggest loser that's around

'Cause I'm a loser you should just avoid me
I'm not a hero or a superstar
I'm just a loser so everything annoys me
And I'm riddled with emotional scars.
