Thank you for giving birth to me
Thank you for showing that you care
Without you, my imagination just wouldn’t be
If you were never there
Thank you for putting up with my troubles
The times I got suspended from school
When I got hurt, you would be there on the double
And loved me even though I acted like a tool
Thank you for watching me play football
Even though you hated seeing me get hit
You were in the stands cheering it all
I will always be thankful for it
Even though you’re far away
I will always keep you close
What you have done I can never repay
But you know I love you the most
