SHE WAS MY WORLD

She was my world, until she brought it down on me
She said those words I didn't want to hear
I had a feeling we would never be
That was my biggest fear
But my fears came true to life
As she said those words
Rejected again, it cuts like a knife
I wish I never heard
I'm just a good guy, not good enough to date
At least that's what it seems
Forever alone is my final fate
Finding someone is only a dream.
